I want to start by introducing both myself, and my brainchild that is, AvocadoYUM. My name is Nicholas McCandless, a chef from Bradenton, FL. Being only 25, soon to be 26, I have been in this culinary industry since I was 15, getting my start as a dishwasher at a local butcher. I love food, but I am in NO WAY an expert, I just happen to feel the burning desire to always do better!
This blog; AvocadoYUM is going to be me, being me. I am a bigger guy, who is transitioning back into a healthy lifestyle, but I still love my southern, butter filled homestyle food. I will occasionally go off topic, post videos, and maybe do more, but we’ll see what happens!
